I waddled into Christine’s diet & fitness class back in 2002. She was so full of positive energy, bubbly & welcoming of everyone. At my first class I thought those awful grapevines would never end!!!! After a few weeks, a spot as a cashier came up. I knew that if I committed to the cashier role, it would make me do all her classes & keep me motivated. Not only did I lose 3 stone, but Christine & I became firm friends in the process.

She pushed me into becoming an instructor & once qualified in 2004, I started working for Christine, before taking over 2 of her classes in 2019 when she decided to stop working.

Throughout our 18 years of friendship, she was always positive, happy and a good listener.

You changed my life Christine. I miss you & will never forget you x
